THE BASIC FUNDAMENTALS OF AN ULTRAS GROUP
1.) The founder/s must be a HARDCORE and a Die hard Fan of ONE club
Only
- The core Founder or what do other call the TOP BOYS are the one who started the ultras group/movement in that club that would Manage and also gain respect from his Members
2.) The Members should Know how to respect his CAPO/TOP BOYS and also a hardcore fan of that Club
3.) Consider your Members as your own family
- Yes you guys came to watch and cheer your club but being close to your members build alot of things
4.) Follow your CAPO
- CAPO in ultras world is the one who Organize what do and what to chant during the games CAPO can be 2 or 3 or more and all of the members can be CAPO
5.) support the club/team not the Players who plays on it
-Players, coaches and staff come and go, but the club and its reputation will stay forever.
HOW TO RECRUIT/GAIN MEMBERS
1.) Members should always be active, Hardcore fan and not a bandwagon
-i think looking for someone like this on the internet is hard so maybe try to ask them some questions about the club or what is happening on the league
2.) Bring a Friend style
- Ask a friend to join you in games tell him/her the story of the club and your story as an hardcore/ultra
3.) Depends on the Club/team
- Mostly Fans will stick on a strong Club/team so it's clear that you and your club should work on it maybe not directly
4.) Have your own ultras Page/Twitter
-This will help you to gain members and find the right one
5.) Create a Different FB Group from the hardcore to the recruits
-So you can monitor people who can be in the hardcore
6.) Let anyone join your ultras Group
- Letting anyone will be good but always consider the true member and the non-recognized member of the core
7.) Quality over Quantity
- Slowly but Surely
